Registration will take place on:
Friday, 22. 5. 2026. from 18:00 to 22:00 at the Competition hall
Saturday, 23.5. 2026. from 08:00 to 09:30 at the Competition hall
Sunday, 24.5. 2026. from 08:00 to 09:30 at the Competition hall
Due to the large number of participants, we kindly ask teams to register on Friday evening, if possible. Only one team leader per country/national federation should register all competitors from their team. Competitors’ books are not required.
Opening ceremony
All participants are expected to gather at 17:50 at the designated area near the stage to represent their nation and take part in the official Opening Ceremony.
Shop
A shop located in the competition hall will offer a variety of event-themed clothing and accessories.
Food & Drinks
It will be possible to pre-order meals (3 menu options will be available for each day).
Lunch will be served behind the stage.
During the competition, free fruit (bananas, apples, etc.) will be available for all participants.
Payment Methods
For starting fees we prefer payment via bank transfer in advance. However, we can accept cash at the registration desk, although this is not recommended due to possible crowding.
During the event, only cash payments in EURO will be accepted.
Changing Rooms
Please respect the assigned changing room areas and do not leave valuables inside.
Make sure to collect all your belongings by the end of the competition (around 22:00).
If the changing rooms are left in poor condition, a cleaning fee of €120 will be charged to the national federation.
In case two national teams share a changing room, the cleaning fee will be equally divided between them.
